We are on a 3 strike policy here in Strays. Just like a family we are tolerant but there needs to be guide lines which need to be followed.

Rules:
#1. Do not fight with fellow members in the free company chat or the party chat. Pure and Simple, take your fights to tells. We do not like seeing our members fight and it ruins the fun for the other members of the company. If the fight gets outta hand us leaders will get involved.
#2. Be willing to help fellow members. If we are doing a free company event and a member needs help getting to the location be willing to help them reach the event via directions or guiding them there. If someone asks for gear or job advice that relates to your class give your opinion.
#3. Be courteous to our fellow members. If a member gives an opinion about a job your passionate about please respect that members opinion. If its advise always be open to accepting more then one persons opinion on it. Remember it is just a game and to be respectful.

Consequences: (aka 3 strike law)
1st offense: Will be addressed and warned to cease.
2nd offense: Warned a 2nd time and mentioned to all leaders via message that your on your 2nd strike and your offense will be discussed by leaders. You will be moved to trial member rank.
3rd offense: You been warned and are now gone out of the company. Head leader or 2nd in command will remove you.

For those who are considering placing in an application with us mention that you have read these rules and consequences in your question section of the application underneath your question.
Also you must respond to leaders questions that are asked on your application.
